France-Paris: Hydrocarbons

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) set up by the French public transport procurement center (CATP) for the supply of various fuels (hydrocarbons) to public transport operators. The DPS is divided into 8 lots covering different fuel types (e.g., petrol, diesel, synthetic diesel). The total estimated value across all lots is 315,640,000 EUR. The DPS runs for 60 months (5 years) with a submission deadline for candidatures by 2026-06-10. However, a first wave of specific contracts for B7 diesel is planned for early July 2021, with a separate earlier candidature deadline of 2021-06-18 16:00 for those wishing to be considered for that wave.
