This tender concerns a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for consultancy services in analytics, machine learning, and data management, established by AS Vinmonopolet. The DPS is being extended for 4 years (until May 2028). Suppliers can apply for qualification at any time throughout the DPS duration. The estimated total value is 16,000,000 NOK for the entire DPS across its extended period. The notice is a qualification stage; only qualified tenderers will be invited to subsequent competitions.
