An Post is establishing a multi-supplier Qualification Panel for Web and App Analytics Services via a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ). The panel is divided into two lots: Strategic Analytics and Guidance (Lot 1) and Operational Analytics, Reporting and Insights Delivery (Lot 2). The qualification system will run up to 10 years, until 2 September 2036. No estimated value is provided. This is a pre-qualification stage; future tender opportunities will be issued to qualified suppliers. The notice is a call for competition under the utilities directive.
