Ziel des gegenständlichen Verfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Pachtvertrags über die in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen beschriebenen Liegenschaften zwischen der Verpächterin einerseits und der:dem im Verfahren bestgereihten Bieter:in andererseits (kurz „Pachtvertrag“). Die Verpachtung der pachtvertragsgegenständlichen Liegenschaften soll an eine:n Pächter:in erfolgen, welche:r auf den Liegenschaften ein attraktives touristisches Leuchtturmprojekt (insbes. Betrieb eines touristischen Beherbergungsbetriebes samt Gastronomie und Badehaus) umsetzt. Näheres siehe Verfahrensunterlagen der 1. Stufe.
