Germany – Gas distribution – Gas HA-Kontrollen und Wechsel von Gasdruckregelgeräten und Gaszählern bis G25

This is a qualification system (qu-sy) for gas distribution services in northern Germany, managed by EWE Netz GmbH. The scope includes gas house connection inspections, functional testing and replacement of gas pressure regulators, and replacement of gas meters up to G25. The system is open-ended but a first call for tenders is planned for June 2026. Applicants must submit a qualification application by 12 March 2026 12:00 CET and complete a test assignment by 31 May 2026. The contract is divided into 16 lots (geographic packages), each with a 3-year framework agreement. No overall value is published. The qualification process is multi-step, with strict KO criteria, mandatory certifications, and on-site audits.
