Hamar municipality invites to a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the purchase of zero emission vehicles under 7,500 kg. Interested suppliers can apply here to be qualified and included in the dynamic purchasing system. Procurements under the scheme will be made with the publication of mini competitions, where all qualified tenderers will have the opportunity to submit tenders. Only qualified tenderers will have access to the published competitions included in the scheme. New potential suppliers can continually apply for qualification for admission in the scheme. The aim of the scheme is to ensure the contracting authority access to the vehicles that need to be procured at all times, and applies to: Vehicles under 7,500 kgNull emission vehiclesIn each mini competition, it may also be relevant: Part exchange of the vehicle Service Contract Cover Hotel Contract Basically, the scheme only applies to new vehicles. Tenders can, however, be opened for demo driven and used vehicles if the contracting authority deems it appropriate. This will be clearly described in each mini competition.
