Finland – Cleaning and sanitation services – Siivouspalvelut 2021–2025

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for cleaning and related services in Finland, operated by Hansel Oy on behalf of its customers. The DPS is divided into two independent categories (Luokka 1 and Luokka 2) with different eligibility requirements. Suppliers can apply to one or both categories. The DPS is open until 31 December 2027, and individual contracts can extend to 31 December 2030. The estimated total value is €220 million. Applications are accepted continuously throughout the DPS duration. Procurement documents are available but were not fully analyzed.
