Avista CLG is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of modified adapted vehicles and standard passenger vehicles in Dublin, Ireland, over a 5-year period. The DPS is divided into two lots: Lot 1 for electric wheelchair adapted vehicles (EV WAVs) and Lot 2 for eight/nine seat standard vehicles (including hybrid and EV). The estimated total value for the entire DPS is €22,500,000. The procedure is restricted with electronic submission required. Award criteria is cost only.
