Establishment of the Dynamic Acquisition System under Art. 32 of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023

This notice establishes a Dynamic Acquisition System (DPS) for supplies of television and radio receivers, sound/video recording or reproducing apparatus, and related IT/telecom equipment and services. The DPS is set up by the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers - Department for Instrumental Services, with an estimated total value of €30,000,000 over 36 months. The procedure is restricted and uses quality-only award criteria (100% quality). No economic or financial capacity requirements are imposed for admission to the DPS, and technical/professional capacity is not required at the entry stage but may be required in subsequent specific contracts. The DPS is open for submission of requests to participate until 12 November 2027. The place of performance is Rome, Italy.
