Nordland County Council (Norway) has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for planning and engineering design services for infrastructure projects. The DPS covers a wide range of consultancy services including sketch phases, preliminary projects, detailed plans, tender documentation, and execution phase follow-up. The estimated total value is 500,000,000 NOK over a five-year period (2024–2029). Applications are accepted continuously via electronic submission in Norwegian.
