The AOK PLUS health insurance fund invites any pharmaceutical company that meets the conditions to sign a non-negotiable discount agreement. There is no exclusivity, no guaranteed purchase volumes, and the agreement ends by 31.12.2026. Participation applications can be submitted periodically, with the first deadline on 03.12.2024. The tender is governed by German social law (§130a Abs. 8 SGB V) and is not a public procurement under EU directives; the use of procurement forms is for transparency only.
