Denmark-Viborg: Construction work

This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) established by Evida Service A/S (Danish gas utility) for the procurement of materials and equipment related to gas pipeline construction. The DPS is divided into seven categories (lots) covering steel pipes (under and over 3,000 tons), steel fittings, hotbends, insulating couplings, transition pieces, and valves. The total estimated value over the 10-year DPS lifetime is DKK 1,120,000,000. The system is open for admission of suppliers throughout its duration, with no fees for participation. Applicants must satisfy category-specific suitability requirements (two relevant references in the last three years) and cannot be excluded under Danish procurement law. No economic or financial capacity requirements are imposed. The procedure is restricted, and the award criterion for mini-tenders is the most economically advantageous tender.
