The Norwegian Police Shared Services establishes a Dynamic Purchasing Scheme (DPS) for dogs to be trained as search and/or patrol dogs for the police, armed forces, and correctional service. The scheme covers untrained and trained dogs. The estimated total value is 36,000,000 NOK. The DPS is open for submissions in English, Norwegian, and Swedish. Selection criteria focus on breeder organisation details, experience, capacity, and dog breeds. No award criteria are specified. The DPS runs until 4 December 2029.
