Supply of consumables such as drums, toner cartridges, ink cartridges, waste toner containers, ribbons, developers for various brands and models of printers, copiers, MFDs, and fax machines. The contracting authority estimates annual usage: drums (550 pcs), waste containers (283), ribbons (80), developers (30), toners (4164), inks (345). Products must be new, compatible, not infringe patents, and meet ISO standards for yield. Non-OEM equivalents may require third-party test reports (ISO/IEC 19752, 19798, 24711, etc.). The contractor must collect and dispose of used consumables at no extra cost and provide warranties (24 months on drums, 12 months on others). Delivery to Krakow, Poland. The DPS is open for applications throughout its duration; specific call-offs expected quarterly (1 larger order plus 2-3 smaller ones).
