Denmark – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Media Management Services DPS

NORDUnet, representing Nordic NRENs, has established a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Media Management Services, covering both on-premise and public cloud solutions. The DPS runs for 10 years with an estimated total value of EUR 25 million. Suppliers must meet strict eligibility criteria, including a minimum annual turnover of EUR 10 million and two references from the Higher Education sector within the EEA. Award criteria for each mini-competition under the DPS will balance price (30-40%) and quality (60-70%). Electronic submission in English is required. The DPS allows continuous application, but initial entry requires meeting high financial and experiential thresholds.
