Norway – Project management consultancy services – Dynamic Purchasing System - Project and Process Management

The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for project and process management consultancy services. The DPS covers consultancy needs related to managing the Altinn system and other directorate projects. It is a restricted procedure with electronic submission required in Norwegian. The estimated total value of all contracts under the DPS is up to NOK 60 million excluding VAT. The initial qualification round is open for 30 days from publication, and the DPS runs until September 2028.
