The Norwegian Digitalisation Agency (Digdir) is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for user experience, design, and universal design services. The DPS covers consultancy support for national joint systems and other directorate functions, with an estimated total value of NOK 60 million over 4 years.
