Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i budowa obwodnicy Ledzin w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 46 o długości około 3,68 km. Początek budowy zlokalizowany będzie w km 102+480, koniec natomiast w km 106+060 (kilometraże istniejącej drogi krajowej nr 46). Na odcinku od km 3+120 do końca odcinka obwodnicy, ze względu na bardzo dobre parametry nośności istniejącej drogi krajowej nr 46 potwierdzone badaniami laboratoryjnymi, przewidziano jedynie rozebranie istniejącej nawierzchni bitumicznej (warstwy ścieralnej) i zastąpienie jej nową nawierzchnią dostosowaną do prognozowanego ruchu drogowego oraz wymagań pochylenia poprzecznego wynoszącego 2,5%. Powyższy odcinek stanowić będzie fragment drogi krajowej nr 46, oraz zlokalizowany jest na terenie województwa opolskiego, w powiecie opolskim, na terenie gminy Chrząstowice. W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia należy wykonać Usługi i Roboty zmierzające do zaprojektowania i wykonania obwodnicy miejscowości Ledziny w ciągu drogi krajowej nr 46. Szczegółowy Opis Przedmiotu zamówienia zawarty jest w dokumentach zamówienia. Całkowity szacunkowy rząd wielkości wartości zamówienia powyżej 20 000 000 euro
