Ekonomická výhodnost nabídek bude hodnocena v souladu s § 114 odst. 2 věta první zákona podle nejvýhodnějšího poměru nabídkové ceny a kvality. Zadavatel stanovil v souladu s § 115 odst. 1 písm. a) zákona kritéria hodnocení takto: a) Nabídková cena, b) Pohon nabízených zametacích vozů. V rámci tohoto kritéria hodnocení bude hodnocena nabídková cena. Pro hodnocení nabídek je rozhodná celková nabídková cena bez DPH uvedená v krycím listu nabídky.

Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je komplexní dodávka celkem dvou (2) kusů zametacích vozů (univerzálních komunálních nosičů výměnných nástaveb) se zametací nástavbou a dále dodávka sady zimních a kropicích (letních) nástaveb, plně kompatibilních s dodanými nosiči, včetně souvisejícího příslušenství (dále též „zametací vozy“ nebo také „vozy“). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je blíže specifikován v obchodních a platebních podmínkách (Příloha č. 3 dokumentace zadávacího řízení) a ve specifikaci předmětu plnění (Příloha č. 4 dokumentace zadávacího řízení).
