This is a negotiated framework agreement for two lots: a Customer Data Platform (CDP) and an Identity Resolution & Data Clean Room solution for EDF's retail customer marketing. The tender is subject to a two-stage procedure with pre-selection of up to 6 (LOT1) or 5 (LOT2) candidates. The total framework maximum value is €4.8M across both lots (LOT1: €3M, LOT2: €1.8M) over a maximum duration of 8 years.
