Acesta este destinat poziționării corecte și asamblarii componentelor utilizând un sistem robotizat de tip gantry, zone dedicate de asamblare și sisteme integrate de inspecție vizuală. Rolul său principal este asigurarea unei asamblări de înaltă precizie, cu control al calității și monitorizarea completă a desfășurării procesului , precum și pregătirea ansamblurilor rezultate pentru testare, evaluare sau transfer către etapele următoare ale producției.
