Předmětem veřejné́ zakázky je revitalizaci systému elektronické požární signalizace (kompletní výměna a doplnění EPS, včetně napojení zařízení sociálních služeb na Pult centralizované ochrany (PCO) u HZS dle zákona o požární ochraně) v objektu domova pro seniory a domova se zvláštním režimem v ulici Rybniční, obec Strakonice a související stavební úpravy (dispoziční změny a změna užívání některých místností) a úpravy elektroinstalace. Schodiště v části DZR bude vybudováno nové, aby odpovídalo požadavkům současných norem. Bude řešeno pomocí ocelové konstrukce na stávající konstrukci schodiště. Předmětem plnění je rovněž poskytování záručního servisu po dobu záruční lhůty.
