Cloud based case and archive system for the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority.

The Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority (Arbeidstilsynet) is procuring a cloud-based (SaaS) case and archive system. The current system 'Elements' is to be replaced. The solution should support efficient case processing, standardized information management, modern user interface, automation, and include modules for case-archive, meetings, access, and building applications. The system must comply with formal archiving and case processing requirements and be future-oriented. Preference for a ready-developed off-the-shelf system. The procedure is a negotiated procedure with a call for competition, with a candidate reduction constraint (minimum 3 candidates invited). Estimated value is 20,000,000 NOK (~1.8M EUR).
