Pokud uzavření Rámcové dohody se třemi účastníky nebude možné, uzavře ji zadavatel se dvěma účastníky dle stejného postupu.

Předmětem plnění bude uzavření Rámcové dohody s obnovením soutěže na základě, které budou realizovány dodávky PC, AIO, možno nabídnout i PC se šachtovým systémem včetně příslušenství.Zadavatel uzavře rámcovou dohodu s nejvýše třemi dodavateli (dále jen „Dohoda“), kteří budou po dobu její účinnosti zavázáni realizovat dodávky PC včetně příslušenství a poskytovat záruční servis, resp. opravy vadného zboží, a to podle technické specifikace stanovené v zadání jednotlivých dílčích zakázek.
