This is a call for expressions of interest (CEI) by the European Court of Auditors (ECA) for media content distribution services. The objective is to establish a pre-qualified list of service providers for distributing ECA publications, press releases, and news to targeted audiences based on geographical and language sub-lists. The list will be valid for 4 years, and individual contracts (below the threshold of 140,000 EUR) will be awarded via restricted procedure. No guarantee of contracts is given. Subcontracting is not allowed. Applications can be submitted at any time during the validity period except the last 3 months.
