Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie kompleksowej usługi polegającej na usuwaniu i przechowywaniu pojazdów usuniętych z dróg miasta Poznania na mocy art. 130 a ustawy z dnia 20 czerwca 1997 r. Prawo o ruchu drogowym. Realizacja usług usuwania i przechowywania pojazdów obejmuje: 1) usuwanie pojazdów: dojazd na miejsce zdarzenia w określonym w SWZ czasie, załadunek, przewóz pojazdu na wyznaczone przez Zamawiającego miejsce i rozładunek pojazdu na wyznaczonym przez Zamawiającego miejscu; 2) przechowywanie pojazdów usuniętych z dróg: przyjęcie pojazdu na parking, parkowanie oraz wydanie pojazdu z parkingu osobie uprawnionej.
