Hodnotiace kritérium č. 1 – Najnižšia cena v EUR bez DPH. V rámci tohto kritéria bude hodnotená celková výška cenovej ponuky v EUR bez DPH. Hodnotená ponuka získa v rámci tohto kritéria bodové hodnotenie podľa nasledujúceho vzorca: Body = (Najnižšia cenová ponuka / Hodnotená cena) × 100 Kritérium pre časť 2: Výsledná bodová hodnota sa pre účely celkového hodnotenia ponuky vynásobí váhou tohto kritéria: Výsledok = Body × 0,90
V rámci tohto kritéria bude hodnotené, či ponúkané riešenie spĺňa požiadavku verejného obstarávateľa uvedené v prílohe súťažných podkladov č. 2.1. Uchádzač vyplní prílohu súťažných podkladov č. 2.1, v ktorej uvedie či ním ponúkané riešenie disponuje požadovaným kritériom kvality a ktorým konkrétne. V prípade odpovede ÁNO s konkrétnym kritériom uchádzač získa za parameter príslušný počet bodov: 10 alebo 0. Výpočet bodov a výsledná bodová hodnota za toto kritérium pre časť 2: Body = 0 alebo 10.
