Hampshire County Council is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for a Landlord Partnership Agreement to build and manage supported living housing for adults with various needs, including those lacking capacity to sign tenancies. The DPS will run from 22 November 2017 for an initial 5-year term with two optional further 5-year periods, up to 15 years total. The tender is restricted procedure, services contract, with estimated value not provided. Applicants must be Registered Providers with the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and have various policies in place. The DPS will be open for applications until its term end, with the first call for competition expected in January 2018. Care services are not included and will be procured separately.
