The contracting authority Helsingin kaupungin asunnot Oy (Heka) is establishing a framework agreement for renovation works of apartments and common areas in the Haaga, Kannelmäki, Malminkartano, and Maunula districts of Helsinki. The framework will cover approximately 93 buildings with about 9,600 apartments. Works include painting, wallpapering, floor replacements, kitchen cabinet renewals, door and window repairs, and minor outdoor repairs. Up to 8 providers will be selected. The initial contract period is 2 years, with two optional 1-year extensions (total max 4 years). The procurement is an open procedure under Directive 2014/24/EU.
