Предметът на настоящата поръчка е избор на консултант по смисъла на чл.166 от Закон за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) за оценяване на съответствието на инвестиционните проекти и упражняване на строителен надзор при изпълнение на обекти, предвидени за изпълнение в инвестиционната програма на община Добричка за 2026 година. Строежите, предмет на консултантската услуга са основен ремонт на 45 улици/участъци на улици в 32 населени места, IV-та категория, съгласно чл.137, ал.1, т.4, буква „а“ от ЗУТ и един обект за настилка и водопровод III-та категория, съгласно чл.137, ал.1, т.3, буква „б“ от ЗУТ. За посочените строежи в изпълнение на настоящата обществена поръчка ще се изготвят комплексни доклади за оценка на съответствието на инвестиционните проекти с цел издаване на разрешения за строеж. В изпълнение на поръчката ще се упражнява строителен надзор на посочените строежи и ще се предприемат действия за въвеждането им в експлоатация.
