Self-service vending machines for Helse Vest RHF and Helse Sør-Øst RHF

Self-service machines for an arrival registration/map system and payment for delivery to the health companies in Helse Vest RHF and Helse Sør-Øst RHF. The contracting authority intends to procure a future orientated and reliable system of high quality, which ensures universal design and accessibility requirements for all user groups. The system shall be intuitive to use, have high availability and it shall be robust as regards continual operation in an environment with high stability requirements. The procurement includes the delivery of complete equipment, including necessary components such as touch screens, printers, as well as accompanying services such as transport, delivery and any options. It is a requirement that the system is service friendly and enables efficient maintenance, including easy replacement of components and access to spare parts over time.
