Aanbesteding Touchscreens

Het primaire doel van deze aanbestedingsprocedure is om een professionele leverancier te contracteren voor de levering van touchscreens ten behoeve van alle deelnemende scholen van Ons Middelbaar Onderwijs (OMO). De touchscreens worden ingezet ter ondersteuning van het onderwijsproces, met name voor het verzorgen van (interactieve) lessen in de klas. Op basis van een inventarisatie binnen de deelnemende scholen is vastgesteld dat momenteel circa 2.100 touchscreens in gebruik zijn. Dit aantal wordt gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst naar verwachting als relatief stabiel beschouwd. Op basis van deze uitgangspunten bedraagt de totale geschatte opdrachtwaarde voor acht (8) jaar € 4.000.000 exclusief inflatiecorrectie en btw. De maximale opdrachtwaarde wordt gesteld op € 5.000.000 exclusief inflatiecorrectie en btw. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde is gebaseerd op historische uitgaven, volumeverwachting en de gehanteerde inflatiecorrectie. Wanneer de maximale opdrachtwaarde bereikt is, zal deze vanwege rechtswege eindigen.
