Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages mit einem Generalunternehmer, über die Lieferung, Installation und Serviceerbringung von LAN, Rack und x86 Server inklusive aller benötigten Komponenten im Rechenzentrum des AG. Der jährliche Bedarf liegt bei ca. 500 Server, 100 LAN / Firewall-Komponenten, 5 Racks, 80 iPDUs, 1500 Stromkabel und 30.000 m Datenkabel. Hierbei handelt es sich um Schätzwerte, eine Abrufverpflichtung ist nicht vorgesehen. Der Höchstwert für diese Beschaffung beläuft sich auf 180 Mio. € brutto. Dieser Wert stellt die vergaberechtliche Obergrenze zur Nutzung der Rahmenvereinbarung dar und hat keinen Zusammenhang mit von dem AG zugrunde gelegten Schätzmengen oder von dem AG vorgesehenen Haushaltsmitteln.
