The system must manage real-time traffic control, data flow automation, operational information (timetables, vehicle movements), multi-directional communication (driver-dispatcher, vehicle-control center), emergency management, data provision to other systems, automatic process execution based on operational data, and vehicle information (energy management, vehicle status).
