1) Przy wyborze oferty Zamawiający będzie się kierował kryterium najniższej ceny. 2) Za najkorzystniejszą zostanie uznana oferta z najniższą ceną. 3) Oferty oceniane będą punktowo w przyjętej skali 100 pkt. 4) Za najkorzystniejszą zostanie uznana oferta, która uzyska najwyższą liczbę punktów. Obliczenia dokonywane będą z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku. Maksymalna liczba punktów, jaką może osiągnąć oferta wynosi 100 pkt. 5) Punkty będą przyznawane Wykonawcom w oparciu o obliczenia, do których wykonania zostanie zastosowany następujący wzór: C = (Cena najniższa / Cena oferty badanej) x 100 pkt.
