Roster Planning System
Development of a modern web application for creating and managing rosters for continuous shift operations. The system must support three user interfaces: Planner, My Roster, and ATS Panel. It should enable secure access from various devices, including private mobile phones and computers outside the buyer’s environment, while taking account of the buyer’s existing infrastructure. Předmětem plnění tohoto zadávacího řízení je vytvoření moderního systém pro tvorbu rozdělovníku, který zajistí efektivní, bezpečné a uživatelsky přívětivé plánování směn v nepřetržitém provozu. Systém umožní vytvářet rozdělovník pokrývající všechny požadované směny a umožní spravovat data v souladu s definicemi uvedenými v Příloze č. 1 Rámcové dohody č. 104/2026/IS/190 (dále jako „rámcová dohoda“) - Technická specifikace. Uživatelské rozhraní poskytne snadný a zabezpečený přístup k výsledkům plánování z různých typů zařízení, včetně soukromých mobilních telefonů a počítačů mimo prostředí ŘLP ČR, s. p. Přístup bude odpovídajícím způsobem zabezpečen a zároveň bude zohledněna stávající infrastruktura organizace. Systém bude koncipován jako webová aplikace zahrnující tři samostatná rozhraní – Planner, My Roster a ATS Panel. Každé z nich je určeno jiné skupině uživatelů a poskytuje odpovídající okruh funkcí, od tvorby a správy rozdělovníků po denní plánování činností na sále ATS. Rozvoj a údržba systému budou zajišťovány dodavatelsky po dobu životnosti systému po dobu 10 let.
