Järjestelmän tulee olla valmis, käyttäjäystävällinen ja ketterä sekä työnantajan että työntekijöiden näkökulmasta. Oppimisympäristön ja osaamisen kehittämisen ratkaisukokonaisuus tulee olemaan koko henkilöstön käytössä. Ratkaisukokonaisuuden avulla toteutetaan koulutuksien ja suoritusten hallintaan, perehdytysprosessiin, verkkokoulutuksiin, pätevyyksien ja lupien hallinta Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja liitteissä.
