El objeto es la contratación del servicio de implantación y despliegue de una aplicación informática de gestión del sistema de información de Recursos Humanos de la Universidad Pública de Navarra, incluyendo el servicio de mantenimiento durante el primer de año de funcionamiento y todas las licencias requeridas en el sistema propuesto, a excepción de las licencias de software base e infraestructuras en los que se ejecute la aplicación.
