1. Η λειτουργία και τακτική συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων της Ε.Ε.Λ. του Δήμου Πρέβεζας σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία και το ειδικότερο καθεστώς αδειοδοτήσεων (Α.Ε.Π.Ο.) που διέπουν τη σύννομη λειτουργία της εγκατάστασης. 2. Η λειτουργία και τακτική συντήρηση των εγκαταστάσεων της Ε.Ε.Λ. του Δήμου Πρέβεζας προκειμένου να επιτυγχάνεται η βέλτιστη σχέση τεχνικά αποδοτικής λειτουργίας, τήρησης περιβαλλοντικών υποχρεώσεων και διαχείρισης οικονομικών πόρων. 3. Η τήρηση των προγραμμάτων λειτουργίας των Ε.Ε.Λ. του Δήμου Πρέβεζας (πρόγραμμα οργάνωσης – εποπτείας - λειτουργίας της εγκατάστασης, πρόγραμμα ελέγχου της λειτουργίας και προληπτικής συντήρησης του ηλεκτρομηχανολογικού εξοπλισμού της εγκατάστασης και πρόγραμμα περιβαλλοντικής παρακολούθησης των παραμέτρων λειτουργίας της εγκατάστασης).
