L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. La présente consultation concerne la fourniture de primeurs issus d'un mode de production respectueux de l'environnement à destination de la restauration collective de la Ville de Rennes pour les publics fréquentant les restaurants des crèches, des écoles maternelles et élémentaires, des EHPAD, du personnel administratif et, le cas échéant, des centres d'accueil à vocation sociale. L'ensemble des types de restaurations collectives mentionnées ci-dessus représentent environ 14 000 repas par jour en moyenne. Cette consultation est une relance. Elle fait suite à la déclaration sans suite du lot 3 de la consultation 25-DMA-VDR-06 : 'Fourniture de primeurs issus d'un mode de production respectueux de l'environnement - Lot 3 - Fourniture de primeurs durables' Accord cadre à BC pour une période initiale d'un an, reconductible 3 fois
