Jeżeli Wykonawca w Formularzu ofertowym wskaże więcej niż jeden termin skrócenia wykonania zamówienia (zaznaczy więcej niż jedną rubrykę) Zmawiający uzna, iż wiążąca jest deklaracja Wykonawcy dotycząca najdłuższego okresu realizacji zamówienia.
