Upphandlingen avser tecknande av ramavtal för genomförande, ledning och samordning av obligatoriska myndighetsbesiktningar av lyftanordningar- och trycksatta anordningar inom kommunens verksamheter. Uppdraget omfattar samtliga objekt som enligt gällande lagstiftning, myndighetsföreskrifter och relevanta standarder kräver återkommande besiktning av ett ackrediterat besiktningsorgan. Leverantören ska inom ramen för uppdraget ansvara för planering och samordning av återkommande besiktningar samt säkerställa att dessa genomförs i enlighet med gällande regelverk och inom föreskrivna intervall. Uppdraget kan även omfatta objekt som inte omfattas av ackrediteringskrav, men som Beställaren bedömer ska genomföras inom ramen för uppdraget av Leverantören.
