Originale TED-Beschreibung
Dans le cadre de sa politique de revitalisation des centralités urbaines, Vichy Communauté a donc décidé de relancer, en partenariat avec les communes de Vichy et Cusset, une Opération Programmée d'Amélioration de l'Habitat - Renouvellement Urbain (OPAH-RU), couvrant la période 2025-2030. Cette opération s'inscrit dans la stratégie globale de la collectivité visant à : - Améliorer durablement la qualité de l'habitat privé, - Lutter contre la vacance structurelle, - Traiter les situations d'habitat indigne et de non-décence, - Accompagner la transition énergétique du bâti ancien, - Renforcer l'attractivité et la vitalité des centres urbains, - Soutenir et coordonner les projets de renouvellement urbain engagés sur les deux communes. La présente consultation a pour objet de confier à un prestataire spécialisé la mission complète de suivi-animation de cette opération encadrée par la convention N°48 signée le 18 février par l'ANAH
