Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je poskytování servisních služeb ze strany dodavatele pro zadavatele, tyto služby jsou blíže definovány v příloze č. 1 Servisní smlouvy (dále uvedené jako „Servisní služby“). Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je dále konkrétněji rozveden v příloze č. 2 (Servisní smlouva) zadávací dokumentace a v příloze č. 2 Servisní smlouvy (popis IT infrastruktury zadavatele). Pokud jde o přílohu č. 2 Servisní smlouvy (popis IT infrastruktury zadavatele), pak tato příloha je veřejně nepřípustná část zadávací dokumentace dostupná na vyžádání po podpisu dohody o ochraně důvěrných informací a mlčenlivosti dle přílohy č. 5 zadávací dokumentace.
