Accord Cadre MONO ATTRIBUTAIRE de fourniture de lanternes d'éclairage public
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Les stipulations du présent accord-cadre concernent : la fourniture de lanternes d'éclairage public. Les fournitures feront l'objet d'un accord cadre mono-attributaire à bons de commande, sans minimum et avec un maximum de 1 200 000,00 euro(s) HT pour la durée initiale du contrat, en application de l'article R2162-4 2° du code de la commande publique (Montant identique pour chaque période de reconduction). A titre indicatif, la ville envisage le remplacement de 900 à 2400 points luminaux par an
