Każda spośród ofert nie podlegających odrzuceniu będzie punktowana w kryterium określonym w pkt 2 poprzez porównanie ceny brutto oferty badanej do ceny brutto najniższej spośród wszystkich ofert nie podlegających odrzuceniu, wg poniższego wzoru: C = (Cn : Cb) x 100 pkt, gdzie: C – ilość punktów przyznanych badanej ofercie w kryterium „Cena oferty brutto”, Cn – cena brutto najniższa spośród wszystkich ofert podlegających ocenie, Cb – cena brutto oferty badanej. Maksymalnie w kryterium „Cena oferty brutto” oferta może uzyskać 100 punktów. 4. Zamawiający wybierze ofertę najkorzystniejszą na podstawie kryterium oceny ofert określonego w pkt 2. Za najkorzystniejszą zostanie uznana oferta, która uzyska największą liczbę punktów obliczonych zgodnie z wzorem określonym w pkt 3. 5. Obliczenia dokonywane będą z dokładnością do dwóch miejsc po przecinku.

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa pn. „Utrzymanie i obsługa oraz konserwacja urządzeń wodnych na terenie ZZ Elbląg”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia i warunki realizacji zamówienia określają: - Opis przedmiotu zamówienia (OPZ) – Załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ, - Projektowane postanowienia umowy (PPU) – Załącznik Nr 8 do SWZ. 2. Termin wykonania zamówienia: 2.1 Umowa zostanie zawarta na okres 36 (trzydziestu sześciu) miesięcy od dnia podpisania Umowy. 2.2 Wykonawca rozpocznie realizację przedmiotu zamówienia od dnia przekazania obiektów, ustalonego zgodnie z pkt 2.3 lub 2.4. Wzór Protokołu przekazania obiektów stanowi Załącznik nr 5 do Umowy. 2.3 Zamawiający przekaże protokolarnie Wykonawcy obiekty, na których wykonywane będą usługi do dnia 01 września 2026 roku, z zastrzeżeniem pkt 2.4. 2.4 W przypadku, gdy uwzględniając datę zawarcia Umowy przekazanie obiektów, o których mowa w pkt 2.3 nie będzie możliwe do dnia 01 września 2026 roku, Zamawiający jest zobowiązany do przekazania obiektów Wykonawcy nie później niż w terminie 7 (siedmiu) dni od dnia podpisania Umowy.
