Hiertoe wordt een derde partij gezocht die de belettering ( folie) kan realiseren. De opdracht omhelst de productie deze belettering . Vanuit het WGK zal een ontwerp van belettering worden voorzien voor de diverse types dienstwagens. Er wordt ook een deel levering gevraagd in geval van carrosserieherstel. Tevens wordt een prijs gevraagd voor het aanbrengen indien gewenst. Hierbij wordt dan vooral gedacht aan carroserieherstellingen.
