Комисията класира допуснатите оферти въз основа на посочената в ценовото предложение обща цена в евро, без ДДС, служеща за целите на оценката. Общата цена се използва само за класиране на офертите и се формира като сума от произведенията на прогнозните количества и съответните единични цени, предложени от участниците. Договорът ще се сключи по единични цени. Офертите на участниците се класират във възходящ ред. На първо място се класира участникът с най-ниска предлагана обща цена. Предмет на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка на продукти (заготовки) от армировъчна стомана, заварени армировъчни мрежи и тел – кофражна, арматурна, поцинкована и режеща (жилетна) чрез покупка, предназначени за обезпечаване на нормалната работа на работните групи в структурата на „Електроенергийния системен оператор“ (ЕСО) ЕАД по експлоатацията, поддръжката и надеждното функциониране на електропреносната мрежа на територията на област Шумен и област Търговище. Възложителят ще заявява конкретните видове и количества стоки, по спецификация, чрез поръчки за доставка. Доставката на стоките ще се изпълнява с транспорт на изпълнителя франко конкретен обект на територията на Управление МЕР Шумен. Прогнозният обем на материалите е посочен в Приложение № 2 от Раздел I. Технически спецификации, част от документацията за участие в настоящата открита процедура.
