Vorgesehen sind überwiegend Gipsputzflächen in Q2, Teilflächen mit erhöhten Anforderungen in Q3, Kalkzementputzbereiche sowie Beiputzarbeiten im Bestandsgebäude. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss des zweigeschossigen Gebäudes mit einer Nutzfläche von ca. 3.900 m².
