Die Wärmeversorgung der Schule wird im Rahmen der Sanierung modernisiert. Hierzu werden die Wärmeverteilung sowie die Wärmeübergabesysteme erneuert. Leistungsumfang • Lieferung und Montage neuer Heizkörper in den Unterrichts-, Verwaltungs- und Nebenräumen. • Aufbau eines in Teilen Heizungsrohrnetzes einschließlich aller Verteilungs- und Anschlussleitungen. • Installation erforderlicher Regelungs- und Absperreinrichtungen sowie Thermostatventile. • Durchführung von erforderlichen Dämmarbeiten an den Heizungsleitungen entsprechend aktueller Anforderungen. Folgende Einzelfristen werden vertraglich vereinbart: Demontagen: 03.08.2026 - 14.08.2026 Rohmontagen: 14.09.2026 - 02.10.2026 Feininstallation: 07.12.2026 - 18.12.2026
